Map of Broadway lots / T.M. Beare's map. [between 1820 and 1850]

Collection of two cadastral maps covering several otherwise unidentified "Broadway lots" in Manhattan, New York (N.Y.) Given any date before about 1850 and based on use of the "Broadway" name, the lots are south of 17th Street. The maps show lot lines and numbers, mention some owners and former owners: Teunis E. Dyckman, John Ireland, Taylor, Coster and Bloodgood.

John Ireland owned a Boot and Shoe Store at 47, and then later at 91 Main Street, Rochester, N.Y.
